Item description
As a Powder Coater Your Duties Will Be
Manually degreasing and surface preparation.
Setting powders guns to the appropriate work piece.
Setting and operating ovens (Batch/Camelback).
Checking own work making sure it is to the highest quality standards.
Compliance with Health & Safety & Environmental procedures and responsibilities.
Completion of jobs on time ready for despatch.
Visual inspection of powder coated work.
The successful Powder Coater will have the following skills;
Must have previous experience within a similar role.
Keen attention to detail.
Familiar with operating manual powder coating machine and using oven (Batch/Camelback).
Wet spraying experience would be an advantage, however not essential.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
